**The MLMA meeting have been rescheduled to the 3rd WEDNESDAY of the month and are now hybrid meetings. In-person attendance is available at the clubhouse event room**

Board Meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6pm.

What are we working on?
Gym Renovation: Treadmills and bike have been installed. Painting and small equipment purchases are under review.
Event Room Renovation: New appliances, painting, and furniture.
Landscape replacement: side of clubhouse by tennis courts. This will be installed in the fall.
